Shoksandesh provides digital goods (downloadable images/JPEG/PDF). Unlike physical products, digital goods are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Once a card is unlocked or the watermark is removed, the service is considered "consumed."

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, **we generally do not offer refunds** once a purchase is completed. By making a purchase on Shoksandesh.com, you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the preview and that the final download is non-refundable.

3. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered under the following specific circumstances:

• Duplicate Payments: If you were charged twice for the same template due to a technical error.
• Technical Delivery Failure: If the payment was successful but the system failed to unlock the design even after 24 hours.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• User errors (e.g., spelling mistakes in the card).
• Change of mind after unlocking the design.
• Dissatisfaction with photo quality provided by the user.
• Compatibility issues with the user's device.
